St Giles London – A St Giles Hotel reviews

  • Paul (4 May 2017): suitable for business trip overnight
Pros: Room size ok due to small dressing room bedroom very small and water pressure for shower bad
    Cons: Staff
  • Paul (4 May 2017): Rooms need a refresh and to be cleaned properly
    Pros: Location decent for underground
Cons: The hotel was run down. My room was shabby and bits of furniture heavily worn/slightly broken. The bathroom had not be cleaned properly (there were hairs in sink, shower and on toilet seat. The carpet was grubby and dirty looking. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself (stayed in enough hotels to know, that if I asked for a change it would probably be very similar). Told staff, they were apologetic. Also, was not clear on that the pool and gym were not part of the hotel and additional fee applied to use. This was the main reason for booking this hotel, so was disappointing. . Hotel corridors stank of greasy food. Room was very noisy Will never stay at the hotel again
