Row NYC at Times Square reviews

  • Tiffany (7 May 2017): Great hotel and great location!
Pros: Great location, very quiet in the room--great for sleeping, fun lobby atmosphere I would definitely stay there again!
Cons: Cleanliness on arrival not perfect--saw a little dirt on back edge of nightstand and corner of carpet--but bathroom looked great, windows need to desperately be cleaned outside!
  • Ana (6 May 2017): Disappointing
    Pros: Location only
Cons: Staff at reception the worst. Bedroom very poor. Bathroom old and dirty - photos not available on booking.com. We can hear ppl conversation on next room. Real price is hidded with taxes and service extra fee. Better hotels available for similar price in Times Sq. Staff is not friendly at reception. Cleaning lady nock the door 8h30 am on check out day. The worst hotel ever. Not recommended.
  • Verdiana (6 May 2017): Excellent location for a business trip in the city.
Pros: Excellent location for a business trip in the city.
Cons: UnCleanliness of the room (not proper for the price they ask); impoliteness of the staff.
  • Kevin (6 May 2017): Nice location but room should be a single
    Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: The room was a shoebox and very noisy not good value for money. Even the maid commented on how small the room was. Our cabin on a cruise ship was bigger. We could hear machines going all night but could not workout where from.
  • Anonymous (6 May 2017): Nice location but the staff is terrible
Pros: The bed was comfy and the lobby was nice
Cons: The heater wouldn't shut off. I tried turning on the AC and the heater would just kick into gear. So I spent my night sweating. Someone was stomping around my floor at 4 am trying to shove the invoice under my door. The staff hung up on me when I called to confirm my late check out. She got frustrated because she didn't have the answer to my question and instead of asking someone else she blatantly hung up.
