Row NYC reviews

  • John (14 April 2017): Location and service was great. Bathroom needed some serious attention to cleanliness.
  • Guest (9 April 2017): Bad this time round: I'm 6'4" - I reserved a Queen size bed. They told me they didn't have any rooms left with Queen size beds so I was given a twin bed. My feet were hanging off - outside my window was a massive, loud machine / ventilation unit and the room in general was wildly small. I asked for a new room - they said none available. Horrible stay! My 3rd stay there and now my last.
  • Meghan (7 April 2017): OK: There was no lock for the bathroom door...and the elevators had no buttons inside them. Overall the stay was OK but I'd prefer a room next time with a little more privacy inside it.
  • Bobby (7 April 2017): Satisfied Overall: Pros: -The service was adequate and everything went relatively smooth. -Valet service was a huge plus and easy. -The room had the essentials, which is all you can ask for. -Obviously location is a big advantage to Row NYC. There is plenty going on in the area, yet its far enough away from Time Square to alleviate the noisy environment. Cons: -Somewhat expensive with hidden fees (i.e. "facility", internet, etc.), keeping in mind i booked through hotels.com -There was no fan in the bathroom, making every shower somewhat steamy.
  • david (7 April 2017): After all the delayed flights: I love the location, the only 2 things I can say anything bad about is that you get charged per room for the gym, media room if you use them or not. The other thing is in my room one wall had no electricity
