Perfect London Hotel: Perfect stay. Upgraded, quiet, comfortable room. Front desk people were very, very helpful. Excellent stay all around. Great location.

LOOK ELSEWHERE: Bed was hard as a rock, pillows and towels had stains on them, room smelled of mildew after one shower. Wifi is so bad that you cannot connect for longer than 5 minutes. Air system in the room only blew hot air no matter how cold you made it and the windows were locked shut so no relief that way. Front desk refused to check us in early and turned us away instead of checking us in and giving us a room later when it was ready. Asked for them to call me a cab because there were none outside the hotel and the man yelled at me and told me that I should walk around the corner to hail my own cab or wait over 30 minutes until more came back. I asked another worker and he called me a cab right away as the other one was continuing to yell over our conversation. Only good thing was that it was convenient in location to the tube. I would never stay here again and I advice people to look elsewhere.

Really great for the money in London: nice place to stay for the money. i had an issue with the WiFi but ADAM took great care of me. hes a champ!
